Dungi Valley - Ord River
"This is my country from my mother's side. These are the rock holes in the valley that get filled by the river. The yellow rings and lines are the sand. The lines between the rock holes is the water travelling. This water good for swimming, drinking, but some are dirty water – no good for drinking. Crocodiles come and sit there, they like it there. Too many crocodiles everywhere but you can get away from them. You'll like that river for swimmin', all warmed up. We used to go catch catfish there. This is good country. I never been back there – long time now. I got a little place there still. I'd like to go there and camp."
