Lake Argyle

"This is the country where I grew up". Ben has depicted the new Lake Argyle. In the centre of the artwork he shows the old Argyle Station which is now under water. Also represented are different significant sites around the old station as well as some of the bores. He shows Red Leg Spirit country and Mowya, which Ben explains is a poison Dreaming. “One of the waterholes is where the pigeons hide the water in a coolamon – it is buried away from other birds.”
