Goodim - Keep River Gorge

In this painting the artist represents an area of traditional country. In the upper left she indicates the large hill of Goodim and in the upper right, Wirridlboom – Hungry Billabongs. To the left is the Keep River Gorge, an area of country crisscrossed by waterways, and the Keep River as it flows through spinifex and ant pit country. The open country is flecked with strokes of paint, representing the wind as it moves across the spinifex grasses.
